When you submit an enquiry form or contact us we collect your name, phone number, email address, postcode, and any details you provide about your project. When you call or email we collect the details you share with us.

- To respond to your enquiry and provide a written quote.
- To arrange and carry out site surveys, fabrication and installation.
- To manage invoicing and after-sales service.
- To comply with our legal, tax and insurance obligations.
4. Legal basis
We process your data on the basis of (a) taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract, (b) our legitimate interest in operating the business, and (c) legal obligation where relevant.
