Bespoke steel fabrication is the design, cutting, welding and finishing of one-off steel components made to your exact brief — nothing off a catalogue, nothing modular. Materials we fabricate in
We work primarily in mild steel — the workhorse of British fabrication — and in stainless steel where corrosion resistance matters, most commonly on balustrade infills and handrails. Sections range from box section, hollow structural sections (SHS/RHS) and CHS through to universal beams, universal columns, channel, angle, flat bar, plate and round bar. We do not fabricate in aluminium.
Methods & finishing
Steel is cut, welded and dressed in our workshop, with welds ground back on visible work. The right protective finish depends on where the steel lives — internal, external or exposed — and we specify the appropriate primer and top-coat system for the environment as part of your written quote.
