Processes we use
MIG (Metal Inert Gas / GMAW) is our workhorse for structural mild steel, gates, staircases, balustrades and general fabrication — fast, strong and well-suited to production welding. TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas / GTAW) is used on stainless steel, on visible welds where finish matters, and on thin material where MIG would burn through.
Materials
Mild steel across all sections — box, tube, angle, flat, plate, beam. Stainless steel primarily on balustrade infill, handrail and where cosmetic weld finish is required. We do not weld aluminium.
